- Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.
- I have this app on my older iPad mini (version 9.3.5) and it is great. However, on my newer iPad mini 4 the list of lectures overlap each other in enormous font and I can’t find and tap on the one I want to listen to. So I uninstalled it which meant losing everything.
The Department of Education (DepEd) provides these Electronic Class Record (ECR) Templates free for use by all public school teachers. The templates allow for computation of grades consistent with DepEd Order No. 8, s. 2015, also known as the Policy Guidelines on Classroom Assessment for the K to 12 Basic Education Program.
To ensure sustainability and to minimize technical difficulty, the designed templates were simplified using basic features used in a spreadsheet file. User manuals are also provided to guide teachers on how to use the ECR templates.
Read more about the provision of the ECR templates on DepEd Memorandum No. 60, s. 2015.

Florida Wiretapping Law
Florida's wiretapping law is a 'two-party consent' law. Florida makes it a crime to intercept or record a 'wire, oral, or electronic communication' in Florida, unless all parties to the communication consent. See Fla. Stat. ch. 934.03.Florida law makes an exception for in-person communications when theparties do not have a reasonable expectation of privacy in theconversation, such as when they are engaged in conversation in a publicplace where they might reasonably be overheard. If you are operating inFlorida, you may record these kinds of in-person conversations withoutbreaking the law. However, you should always get the consent of allparties before recording any telephone conversation and any in-personthat common sense tells you is private.
In addition to subjecting you to criminal prosecution, violating the Florida wiretapping law can expose you to a civil lawsuitfor damages by an injured party.
